There's so much to delve into beyond the capital of Athens. After a scenic drive past the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea, you'll arrive in Mycenae, the legendary home of King Agamemnon. Here, you'll go for a tour of the Lion's Gate, some royal tombs and the Cyclopean Wall. Then, wander through Nafplion's old town before wrapping up your day at the UNESCO-protected ancient theatre of Epidaurus.
