Although it's the smallest of the Phlegrean Islands, Procida packs a big punch when it comes to history and culture. Hop across the bay by fast ferry and you'll make a coffee stop at a local bakery to sample Lingua di Procida – a typical island treat of crisp, puff-pastry and a delicious lemon filling.
