Meet your tour guide in Trafalgar Square next to the large, white cube statue on the 4th Plinth opposite Canada House. Your tour guide will be wearing a dark blue 'Vox City' uniform.

What to remember

Know in advance:

This experience includes an e-ticket, which will be available for download and sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours of your travel date
You must download the official e-ticket for the King’s Gallery and bring it with you. It is preferred for the King’s Gallery e-ticket to be printed
Your King’s Gallery ticket is valid for the date and time shown on your ticket. This will be either 01:45 pm or 02:00pm (after the guided tour ends)
Tours end at Buckingham Palace, where your tour guide will lead you to the King’s Gallery entrance. Please have your printed ticket ready
Please note, entry to the King’s Gallery is subject to a security check. Eating and drinking are not permitted inside The King's Gallery, except for bottled water
