Up next, an early visit to the Pantheon. ‘The Pantheon is over 2,000 years old and the world’s largest unreinforced concrete cupola – it still mesmerises architects today’, says local guide Valeria.
Enjoy a pit stop at a local cafeteria with creamy cappuccinos, espresso and pastries on the menu. Listen to the morning buzz and ‘learn about Roman breakfast culture. Surprisingly, you’ll never see an Italian sipping a cappuccino after lunch’, says Valeria. Piazza Navona is the next stop, hopping in and out of churches where Caravaggio's artworks might be on display.
