Beschreibung

Vom Meer aus betrachtet, lassen die zerklüfteten Gipfel und die üppigen Landschaften von La Gomera auf etwas Besonderes schließen. Arianne, eine unserer ortskundigen Tourguides, sagt: "Garajonay ist urzeitlich - die Vegetation stammt von vor Millionen von Jahren, weshalb man hier überdimensionale Pflanzen wie Riesenlöwenzahn, riesige Buschwindröschen und Lorbeergewächse findet, die doppelt so groß sind wie die, die man zu Hause sieht."

Nach der Überfahrt mit der Fähre, komfortabler Sitzplatz und Getränke inbegriffen, besteigen Sie einen klimatisierten Bus. Bald klettern Sie auf Meereshöhe durch Schluchten hinauf. In der Ortschaft Chejelipes legen Sie einen Zwischenstopp ein, um am Stausee ein paar Fotos zu schießen. Die nächsten Stationen sind das Taldorf Hermigua sowie Agulo, ein Weiler, der auf die Nordküste blickt und berühmt für seine malerischen Häuser und die Aussicht auf Teneriffa ist. Die gepflasterten Gassen rund um die weiß gedeckte Pfarrkirche im griechischen Stil verkörpern dennoch die Romantik des ländlichen La Gomera.

Steigen Sie anschließend hinauf zum Rand des jurassischen Garajonay, der zum UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe gehört und oft in einen waagerechten Nebel gehüllt ist, zum Besucherzentrum. Hier erfahren Sie mehr über die Botanik und Geschichte des Parks sowie über sein Umweltschutzprogramm. Zudem besuchen Sie ein ethnografisches Museum, in dem Sie einheimische Köstlichkeiten probieren können. In einem familiengeführten Restaurant genießen Sie ein typisch gomeranisches Mittagessen, das aus lokalen Zutaten zubereitet wird. Danach schlängeln Sie sich durch Lorbeerwälder zum Wald von Laguna Grande und wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, lassen Sie die Tour mit einem Spaziergang durch die Inselhauptstadt San Sebastián ausklingen und nutzen die Zeit für eigene Erkundungen.

Unser Guide Christian und Fahrer waren super das Essen war das Geld nicht wert (undefinierbar) war keine wipp Fahrt (12personen gesagt ) sondern 19Personen im Bus viel zu teuer wurde uns angepriesen als kleine Gruppe Wippfahrt wäre die normale Fahrt um einiges günstiger gewesen und bestimmt genauso gewesen ??
