I certainly wasn't too pleased when I rented a fat tire bike and I go to the shop and saw one was waiting for me. However, they were not able to find the key. So I was pretty much forced to rent a thin tire bike. Unfortunately, they can get trapped in the rails of the tram cars...which happened.
