Then you will discover the Great Mosque of Córdoba which was al-Andalus’ most emblematic monument. Its genesis and development were a clear image of the evolution of the Umayyad state during its existence in the Iberian Peninsula. This building was converted into a Christian cathedral in the 13th century. Walk around the forest of ancient columns made of marble, granite, jasper and of course, you will have time to take amazing pictures!
