Join Louis Hébert or Marie Rollet, best known as the first farmers of the New-France era, on this signature walking tour combining the history of the old city to the evolution of the local producer’s knowledge! The tour includes four (4) tasting stops at delicious local destinations.
During the tour, you will be told how notable historical figures established their homes in the heart of Old-Quebec and how they managed to stay there even with the long winters and poor food supplies. This tour will make you live the Old Quebec and enjoy its culinary experiences!
