    Felt a bit chaotic at the meeting point due to a slow-moving queue of people trying to find out which guide to join. Out of the three people in my party, two of us had problems with our audio equipment (used to listen to the guide’s commentary).

    Guide très agréable, qui connaissait parfaitement son sujet. En revanche elle était très pressée ou inquiète ce jour-là (car la basilique devait fermer) donc visite un peu trop rapide à notre goût, peu de temps pour déambuler dans les différents espaces du monument.

    Audioapparatuur werkte niet naar behoren! Microfoontje gids viel elke keer uit waardoor je een hoop info miste en ze had het niet door/lette er niet op nadat we haar er opmerkzaam hadden gemaakt verder was de gids niet je dat vergeleken bij de excursie en gids van de dag ervoor.

    The instructions on where to meet were a bit unclear and it appeared to be a bit disorganised when we did find the correct location. The guide was knowledgeable but we still had to queue for 10 to1 minutes even on the "skip the Queue" option. I would recommend but be prepared it will still be busy and you will still have to queue.
