Know in advance:

Infants aged 3 and under go free. There's a maximum of 3 infants per adult/booking. Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by an adult or guardian over the age of 18
No more than 20 people can be in the house at any time so everyone can have a good experience. Each floor is limited to 10 people, with the overall experience lasting about 15-20 minutes
Queues may be exceptionally longer on weekends, school holidays, and peak times. The venue staff manages queues and assists visitors as best as they can
The attraction has 2 floors, separated by a spiral staircase, with no lift or ramp alternative to the second floor
