The trip overall was good but the information TUI provides is not accurate or good enough. The telephone number and email address of the operator is incorrect. You also need to make the pick up and drop off locations clearer. Also, it is a very long day if you are 1st pick up at 6am and last drop off 2230. Trip = good. TUI = poor.
